Gadgets and Gizmos aplenty

I forgot to buy the newspaper both today and yesterday, sometimes I wonder if I should just pay up and get them home delievered since it always seems to be a chore to get them on the weekend.

Well my mother finally decided to buy me that CD/DVD tower I was suppose to get for my 19th birthday SIX years ago. Okay thank Mum, but for some reason it is just weird to think about getting it. The fact is this present has become somewhat of a running joke in my family since it has always been promised but nobody has ever gotten around to buying it. (I will admit since my CDs are scattered arse end to Tuesday over my room, a proper rack would be nice). Of course these days all my CDs are already converted to MP3 files.

So we went down the the Plaza to Howards Storage World to look at there CD tower display, and of course the one I wanted (Voyager Multimedia Tower) was not available. The sales lady said there would be new stock in, in the next week of two, but seriously I don't think I would get it even if it did come. It will just be strange to actually recieve the Stand after so many years of joking about it.
